UP bought CSX Railroad and have not gone through full merger and name change. They are cutting alot of management. Trimming more fat before they announce. They are already using 250 csx employees as borrow outs at Beaumont Tx. Purchase for manpower and coast to coast ownership. Maybe they won't change the name...
