Would you want to work for DMET?
It' a waste of time. If they are doing what AST was supposed to do then fired the AST team. Pretty soon that was going to happen. You better start looking .... little by little they are taking everything from the team ... not fair and they are playing with the employees ... disgusted
I was part of the test group last year and I liked it. We are in charge of running our businesses and this is just part of it. Makes SMs accountable for their FOBs and their hours.
Sms bring in associates without putting on schedule. Hours are up and down all over the place.
interested to hear how it is going across the country!!! HSQ was not part of this and we still go to AST to do edits. I believe that HSQ will implement this next year. This past spring they integrated AST, HR and the vault and it is a disaster. The store is too big to combine all three of these departments, especially AST and HR,
Will anybody in the company ever realize that HSQ can NOT be like branch stores???!!!!!
more of a hassle than anything, wish we can go back to the days of AST doing schedule edits. It saves money because it's less work for AST so Macy's doesn't need to staff ast as well anymore. And it keeps hours in check since district has to approve it
How does this save money
Any district team is full of people promoted to their level of incompetence.
