The entire copy team (part of Ad Sales Support) in NYC has been laid off as well. The work is now being outsourced to a company in CT.
Wow things got personal fast here. Layoffs are hard to swallow sometimes.

Agree with the comment about JC. A huge loss, she came from the wrong side of the house, Nick side originally, this sales lay off was heavily skewed to employees originated on the Nick side. Just shows no matter how good you are its all about who you know, and apparently how long you've known them.
JC is amazing and loved by her team and clients. BIG loss. This proves, yet again, that stupid VIA doesn't care about loyalty, a stellar reputation/work ethic, and being a great leader. Employees are just a VIN number and a salary to the idiots at the top. Oh, and it helps to know certain people too. Layoffs should thin out the C and D players, NOT the A team. Shameful behavior by a company that is failing miserably at every turn.
