Cousins Brothers & In laws can't co.e up on the job site unless you have a family member already in a high enough position to bring you up or you have to really know your sh-- and still work your a-- off until someone finally notices you true potential, which may never come.

More like "Crazy Bunch of IDIOTS"! I am so sick of the upper management living on their cushy 4th floor with company paid high end vehicles, country club memberships, bonuses..and more....all paid for by CB&I while those of us truly trying to do a good job, take care of our families and do the right thing are the ones that are "dispensible"....uh, if I'm not mistaken, we are the ones doing the REAL WORK....not those ego-driven, selfish, self-serving, self-absorbed, people who are supposed to be guiding the company! What a joke!!
I am fairly new with CBI, but I was told it was "like a family". It doesn't feel that way.
