They say we are trying to save money but when you start getting rid of so many employees in departments, you cannot function! I can't imagine cutting anyone else in my department unless they close it down. Seems like that might be the future.
Apparently there are additional phases of layoffs. I guess this is what needs to happen so the 25 VPs we have can still get their bonuses. And don't forget the CEO still needs to keep his million dollar salary while the people that are laid off are now searching for jobs to feed their family! It's sad the direction this company has taken since Alletel.
