Anyone head any changes about the overnight team and overnight asms changing and working during the day two separate shifts?

My ASM told me that he has buddies in other states who work at stores that are already piloting this. Wouldn't be surprised if it spreads to all locations.
Eventually, Walmart will cut 3rd shift in all Stores; they already cut them in small floor mats.
