It is my understanding that a VSP will be offered in Oct. or Nov. if that is the case it could leave Windstream open for lawsuits

page 8. You loose your biweekly "severance" if you gain other employment. Otherwords, not a severance, but a private unemployment insurance.
I just Bit the Bullet yesterday myself, and my Good Manager the day before that. Low Blow below the belt when lease expected. Not Fair at all for giving Windstream 100% of my work efforts for 7 years. A VSP may not be a bad deal instead!!!
