SPG Reorg

Applaude the recent reorg in SPG! It looks like the senior management finally gets it. Nepotism and villiagism must go! Accountability and credibility have to be part of the business. Expect the revenue will continue to go down in the near future but I can almost see the growth returns In the horizon.

It's pathetic. The rumor was it was on hold because too much VP stacking going on. Well, it came out with the bean pole org structure we all feared. So, BG is sidelined (again) to "strategy" taking the fall for the numbers (but not a fall in salary). AV now owns Access, third new leader in 4 months. JD looking for VP's to fill newly created positions (like we don't have enough of those?)

But SA now getting most of the SP gig (although he's an engineering flunky and only newly promoted to run a P&L for the last 8 months). Seems like he can do no wrong. So the village thing seems to be working for him. BG not so much.

So, fundamental issues still remain, more execs from outside (wanna bet one of the new hires is from Juniper).

Ughhh? How come we haven't heard the news? Is it merely shuffling of VPs? I bet some director did a power move to move up the rank. More VP are reporting to other SVP. There is nothing new here.
