I'm in marketing. When I talk to people about scan and go, I get "I don't want to put anyone out of a job". People want to deal with people. Robots are impersonal.

I love scan and go! Use it all of the time!!!
It's amazing how we do job cuts and lay-offs when costco comes to town, try being good to your help then you wouldn't have to worry about it.
