20 year Associate that’s pretty much half my life to a company that respected the individual and stressed it be used on a day to day basis I base my life living off of My hard dedication to a company that promised so much to their associates it’s like taking candy from a baby we all know how that goes but instead 20 years later it’s not candy it houses cars family
Having less than 15 years to retire to have to start all over again when you worked so hard throughout the years with performance raises years invested. To be booted out with a good luck. Throw me a bone and gnaw on it .
Where are the promise this company has made. If they had thought about their employees from the beginning proper planning for the future maybe this would be a reality shock. They over hire they over build just to watch their invested Associates loose out. It was anyone 10 or plus years career.
