Granted to the Board is stacked with LE cronies, but so they have any clue how bad and uncompetitive oracle's cloud products are and how insane oracle's layoffs are? Talk about getting rid of talent that oracle will never get back or be able to replace. Looks like the Board is incompetent, ill informed and completely on LE's pocket.
