New layoff rumors of around 200 reps at Citi in Hagerstown. Was over heard on a phone conversation by a UM. Can anu one verifu what unit ?

Remaining Department’s within building 2 are Training for job displacements. Creating departments within Jacksonville whom agents are sharing desks and also offshore.
All other fraud sites are currently full but yet Hagerstown is getting more and more empty. 1300 employees remain. Daycare is closing.

Any new layoff rumors for Hagerstown? Apparently there is a visitor from SD that always shows up prior to any layoffs and shes here this week.
Customer service, customer relations aka escalation specialist aka account managers and their ums were cut. They've been telling us for months our jobs were safe. Not sure why they cut us when crt was always busy. Yet they moved all of the customer service teams to different departments. Customer service for co brands is pretty much non exisistent in Hagerstown. We have jill and our vendors who don't know back sh-- about the products to thank for that. Big mistake on Citi's part. They'll regret it for sure.
There was about 100 that got cut in August. My wife was one of them.
