As it continues to steady itself to present in the most profitable light....more decisions will be made and more changes will come. None of this should be surprising. If you've been at Molina for many years, like I was, it may be wise to stick around until you are presented with a package to leave. Staying will be upsetting as you'll watch Molina be dismantled. Operations will become strained. Key people will be gone and staffing will be low. Always keep in mind, this is a company it is not a person. It can not care about you. You have to care about you and stay aware. What I care most about, though I am no longer there, is the well being of the members. I am concerned for them as they may get lost in the shuffle. I hope not. I hope those who remain working at Molina or whatever it becomes, will continue to care, despite how challenging each day may be.
