Posts over last few weeks have the occasional “my leader says we are safe” comment, including another one today. If you are someone who has been told not to worry, what is your role?
Not all managers seem to be on the same page so it would be helpful to know who is getting this sort of message. It seems it might be HCMSS or PHC’s?
