I am finally jumping off the sinking ship!! The stress has consumed me for 5 months since lay offs were announced. My final straw was MHO making the decision to send CMs into the homes and eliminating some CC positions. This is the worst company I have ever worked for in my 30+ years in nursing! The lack of caring about their employees is now their signature and legacy! I feel like a ton of bricks have been lifted from my shoulders! It's still a significant decrease in the number of visits per year. After all that is the ultimate goal with the new work flow.
Yes but they will still need to see duals as well as intensive Medicaid. Plus event based and any member whos medium or high if CM requests a visit.
We were sent an email saying we would be doing some of the CC visits starting Nov 1. Basically, for the safety form signatures. Plus the new Ohio guidelines alleviates the need for frequent face to face visits. My understanding is they are doing away with face to face visits or significantly reducing them. You do the Math. They will not need as many CCs.
When did they decide this? CC positions where in Ohio?
