Not much info to give as I only post things I know for sure is going to happen. I was told today that layoffs may not be announced until next week. Apparently it's taking longer in some departments to get the final numbers right. A director told me today that tele is again going to be hit hard with some teams laying off 50%. Sorry, but I don't know specific depts. A couple depts. will be totally eliminated on the tele side. On a side note, upper management gets slammed on this site, but most of them are good people that wish all this wasn't happening. Just remember they answer to someone as well. I know this won't sit well with some, but just speaking truth. Best of luck to everyone.

Ynf, a higher up stated that hcmss would not be impacted. It would be CMs, LTIH and RIT. Can you clear up some of the confusion?

Wondering how @ynf knows leadership was told who was going to affected? Leadership folks who have spoken out on this site in the past have not offered any info this time, which leads one to believe they have been threatened this time. So how would the poster know? Leads me to believe the poster is possibly a coach or just guessing.
This is YNF and all the positions who are commenting are affected from PHCs, CHEs, HCMss.

Thank you, OP, for that inside information. And thanks to those who posted about the UPS delivery notice. I didn't know that's how the formal paperwork for layoff is sent, but I can be on the lookout now. I'm somewhat grateful for the one week delay, but frustrated that this means I'll have to sit through another team meeting with my coach who pretends everything is fine. Good luck everyone.
Laidoff 9 is keeping things in perspective. There are going to be layoffs. I got the notice and I am well, don't want to share what role I am in. It was clearly premature and Humana needs to step up and just hold the meeting because it is very clear for me anyways, I am part of the RIF after receiving the Humana Waterfront notification. I am not bitter, however, Humana should have been more careful in distributing labels. Even if it is not this week, it will be next week. Humana at Home management told a room full of leaders that there would be layoffs coming almost a month ago and which positions would be affected.

I did read the recent post of a poster on here who said RIT was being eliminated, however our coach is still saying they are busy with a special project and I am unaware of an “open letter. “
I’m not saying I believe the bit about a special project, I’m saying I missed an official announcement or letter about RIT ending.

@Q1o8DVt-cnz We were told about them in an open letter. What are you saying 'exposed'. If this was a secret it was a badly kept one.
So you received it, it was cancelled, you got the invite for the meeting and had meeting, and then the package was sent.

I don't want to be the one to bring bad news but feel the need to alert people. When I was laid off during one of the previous rounds I received an email about a label being created for a package to be delivered within the next few days then it was suddenly canceled the next day. The following week I got the dreaded email for the meeting and after that I was alerted by UPS that the package was now being sent. I am so sorry for those of you that had to receive the UPS email first and now have to work and try to be productive for the next few days to week waiting for the meeting invite. I won't sugarcoat things like others have. It s---s. It s---s that you put so much of yourself into a job and then this happens; it hurts a lot. I also will say that it is also a relief. Things will get better.

I wouldn’t assume that yet. That is a big ball for HR to drop, knowing notifications exist.
So,those that get that ups notification can assume they're being laid off?
You will not get a letter before you have a meeting with HR. They may be creating labels in ups in preparation for mailing after the meeting.
We don't even know those are the "letters".
Yes it will be above and beyond the early retirement. I do understand the anger at leaders but the reality is the ones who created the program and the inefficiency are all retired. The new leadership inherited a mess.
I spoke to a friend of mine in HR, for a competitor that does virtual work...doesn't look good. These things need to be signed for, so it's not related to adding people on to your insurance that you can virtually sign for and send info in for...it's not service awards, and given the timing, and the planning, it could very well be layoff info, please, folks, let us know this info is wrong and that you didn't get the dreaded email today or what's in the info sent to you
I don't see how they can wait until next week when UPS is delivering letters today.
What departments are on the tele side? HCM, HCM-SS, PHC, CHE....what else?
