Maybe if the right people are gotten rid of, the rest of us can get back to making this company great again. Or worse case, if some should get laid off, and the right people are then gone, a re-entry could occur. It is hard enough in a small company to bring on new employees, costing and time consuming. I can not imagine that GE Leadership would want to tackle that issue along with everything else it has to focus on.

@Q2yjxfr-1iwh What is a tier 2 guy?
Who is your Daddy and what does he do?
Say goodbye tier two guys! We'll miss your whiney arses!
Better management of plants would be nice then maybe they wouldn’t have had to shut down in Mattoon. Look out Alabama cause you’re probably next. Thanks Josh for the super great management 😂
How do you determine the right people? I have seen several good people (high performers) laid off and several idiots still left in their roles.
Right people, wrong people which bucket do you fall into?
Constant restructuring is part of the problem.
The leaders that got us into this mess are doing the restructuring. How do you think that’s gonna work out?
Once you've left an abusive relationship, why would you ever go back?
The best thing to do now would be to break the conglomerate into pieces and sell the pieces to whatever entities might care to do something worthwhile with them. The spark is dead, and so is GE's future.
