I was told those impacted could remain employed through December as long as they are currently in good standing. What does this mean for those on PIP or with low quality scores? What about those with FMLA? Does anyone have any information they can share?

This poster is wrong. If you are on fmla, they have to find you an equal position, if not, you're laid off
If you are on fmla, and your position is eliminated, you could be impacted and laid off. FMLA gives protection for the job you are in until FMLA expires. If your position was eliminated, your fmla is no longer in play.
I have been on a PIP in the past and it was explained to me that I could be terminated at any time. I would do my best to get off the PIP even though you have been told you are going to be laid off to ensure that you get your severance. I’m sorry you are going through this, best wishes.
You still get your severance if on PIP.
It was originally meant just to help improve performance, not as a money saver tool to screw over associates, however I’m aware some leaders have tried to use them as a threatening tool.
