Well stated. I am a retired IBMer and I can tell you... for the last 15 years of employment all I did was train my replacements and then correct everything they did long after work was handed off. I continually told management the training was failing but they would shrug it off and say, make it happen. So until I left, management thought the India team could replace me. LOL, I frequently chat with some of my old team still w/ IBM. They said all hell broke loose because they now see how much I corrected the India team work before delivering to management.

One thing is for sure. H-1B visa holders have not contributed "immensely" to anything unless you count ruining of engineering disciplines that were once professions.

Once the flood of inferior immigrants has slowed, we need to join together and refuse to babysit the "overseas office" and stop redoing everything that comes back from them.

The scam is unraveling.

If India wants to play in the world economy, then start acting like a first-world country and stop thinking the first-world owes you jobs.
