HAH Layoffs or is this email meant for the Inc side?

So the new email states “by the end of this week. “. Should we expect more “lay offs” this week?

We all know it was posted on the HI page about company wide layoffs. You are all missing the point. Someone posted AFTER that announcement that another big announcement would come...on top of predicted layoffs. Then on Friday someone else posted another big announcement was coming and to hold on tightly. What other announcements could be coming? That was what this post was about. All anyone has done is restate the announcement on HI we already knew about.

Other areas will find out this week.

It was posted on the HI page that companywide layoffs would occur in the next 60 days within Humana. This was published by Humana management in September

Those affected by the layoff were sent emails for a meeting to give them the word. The rest were not informed of the layoffs until all those getting laid off had their meetings. The all the coaches had a meeting with their teams to let them know what was going on. I don't believe they have any planned layoffs scheduled but we all know that surely can change. I often wondered how all the multitude of HAH staff was financially supported. They grew way too fast and their plan blew up. The layoffs dont take effect until the beginning of the year. You get severance unless you endure till then. Another observation is the change with murses moving members to a monitored status is like we are being asked to dig our own grave.

Ah, I did hear about that one. It didn't affect anyone I knew, so I quickly forgot it.

The Hi article was the one about early retirement offers. I can understand folks not really reading it if they didn’t qualify.

Not a word in my area. I also check Hi! pretty regularly, and haven't seen anything.

This benefit is totally different the poster that’s speaking about Go365. Again just wait in the email it’s coming soon!

1qkm, you have not heard about company wide layoffs coming or about HAH layoffs?

Someone else said on Friday that more announcements are doing and to hold on tightly. What more can be coming? We know more layoffs at the end of the year

I'm outside of HaH, and I just heard of the HaH layoffs from a former HaH coworker today. At least from my current department, we haven't heard about all this.

Maybe the big email was the one that came last week saying the layoffs were for the financial reasons. Seems true to me what was said, you see it as you want.

The poster was NOT correct. The post came WAY after the email indicating future company wide layoffs. It came AFTER the posting on HI. The poster indicated another big announcement was coming, aside from what we already knew.

Um. A big email did come...layoffs were done. Prior to that private emails were sent to those being laid off. I think that poster was correct in the big email coming soon statement

This last round of layoffs was posted on the Hi page back in Sept

Remember a few weeks ago someone posted several times that their was a big email coming and that would be the proof? Well no email came. I sometimes think people post to scare us even more

Same here. I would like to know if other areas have received any communication other than HAH.

Looks like HAH have done for this round. Of course I can't say that with 100% certainty but there is no rational reason to drag this on for any longer than necessary. Look for none HAH cuts over the next week.

Great question! I keep checking the other post to see if anyone said what the announcements were. We are all on edge and paranoid!
