Article has some good points. A lot of folks including myself have been phoning it in since the first furlough in 2010!

I'm being graphic these days. Took one mention of "Not coming back after my gyno visit because of vag--al bleeding--unless you want me to come back in...." to get the "just go and send an email citing 'medical' reasons."
Yes, this company s---s balls. They want people to leave, that is painfully obvious.
This is all about selling the company nothing more.
I have felt like a chastised child since the WFH policy went into place. Having to ask both manager and HR rep for permission to make a decision on whether a certain circumstance validates working from home. It's the most degrading and demeaning policy Honeywell has put in place. I HATE this company.
Good article and valid points. Biggest takeaway is the trust issue. There has been a lack of trust from ALT toward employees since the reorganization in January. Top down decision making on the smallest issues. That's what's ultimately driving the good people out; lack of empowerment.
