Was two months in prior layoffs, now it's 2 weeks for each year with Humana

You are given 2 months notice that you are being terminated. At the end of that period, you will get 2 weeks pay for every year. You will also get outstanding PTO paid ..up to the max allowed.

@Q7gcIJB You need to sign me up for any employer who gives 2 months severance for each year worked. I could take 2018 off.

The severance is exactly the same as it has been for each RIF this year.

It was NOT 2 months in any prior layoff. Policy has always been 2 weeks per year of service. If you have been here less than 2 years you will get 1 month.
