anyone still working at Capital One is an idiot. They have the most juvenile, unprepared management i have every been associated with. One manager admitted not knowing how to do the job his people did. How the hell can you manage anyone if you do not know what or how your employees do their jobs? If you want to move up, you have to be the bosses pet.
I got the axe too recently. It's affected so many people. They bought our company, threw a ton of money at us and promised us the world but left us to fend for ourselves and wouldn't give us the marketing assistance we begged and begged for. They went through 3 managers during that time frame. Decided to shut us down instead of helping us become profitable.
