Reality Check

Noble is doing well, Noble stock s---s, Noble is hiring, Noble is awesome because If our safety record is good then all else is good....

A bunch of bull butter if you ask me.... some of our best people have left the company, our stock price is 40% lower than our peers... and let's see how the people that think everything is going well will feel when there is no bonus and no raises.

Don’t kid yourself Mr Sugar. Upper management knows exactly what’s going on. Who do you think hired the middle managers? Mid and lower management are doing exactly what they were told to do. They’re the enforcers. They were hand picked for their obedience and lack of integrity. Don’t expect any improvements until the whole lot is replaced. What are the odds of that happening? Zilch.

I have mixed feelings about the status of Noble Energy. I feel that as a company we could be on the verge of huge success. If management were more in the know about what is really going on, they could take the necessary steps to bring us into a whole new upper level of excellence.

It is really the mid management fault in all this. With being in fear for their jobs, they do not report the true facts of what is going on in their respective departments.

Here is the truth about Noble Energy.

Our Management is so dedicated to us. We are always their first priority. Last time I was in the Houston office I had the privilege of riding the elevator with some of the upper management people. They smiled at me, said hello...asked how I was doing, they were very genuine. One of those kind gentlemen stared at my shirt long enough to let me know I had a stain or something on my shirt.

As soon as I got to my designated floor I rushed right to the ladies room to see where the stain was.

I could not see one, but with my bust size being on the ample side I had problems seeing on my underboob side.

My last day (voluntary quit) was last Friday in the Denver office. The whole last week my co-workers said I seemed happier and far less stressed than I had in a while. Been there four years...was a blast when I first started, but watching the company go from 20 floors in two buildings to 5 floors in one building isn't a lot of fun. Unless you're willing to move to Houston, there's no path for anyone to advance in Colorado.

“Somebody else would be happy to have your job.”

That’s what they said to the lion tamer... just before he was eaten.

It would be nice if someone would actually post some useful information here. We get it, there are people who don't like management and think Noble is the worst company ever. So move on and get a job with a company you like. Somebody else would be happy to have your job.

This is the age of incompetence, just look to the White House, there sits the typecast example. Why should anyone expect more from their employer? That wouldn’t be consistent. From now on pay no attention to deficits and layoffs, those are just distractions. Just accept your lot and ask not what your employer can do for you, ask what can you do for your employer. If that doesn’t help be asssured the businessman know’s what’s best.

"Mean Spirited "? How about we mentioned this "mean spirited " and incompetent management team who has laid-off thousands of people and could not careless about you and your family.

"This is very mean hearted"

Give me a break! This is THE worst management team in the industry. They blow. They have laid-off more people than any other company in the industry. Created a hostile work-place for current employees. Nobody wants to work for these morons. "Guide us to success". What success? The poorest performers in their peer group.

They ONLY people left at Noble are they massive a$$-kissers and those that can't get a job anywhere else!

the only thing shining or bright about DS KF and GW are the reflections off old Cue Ball KF's head. Here you have three really average dudes who are well on their way in shrinking Noble to nothing.

That is very mean hearted. Management gives us purpose. They are like shining stars that guide our way to success. Without them, we would be lost sailors looking for our ports.

Reality Check

Management are like Christmas lights.

They hang together, half of them don't work,

and the other half aren't so bright !

YES. Let us all gather together on Thursday, December 14, at 7:00 a.m. Out on the front lawn, we can circle Noble's anniversary tree, hold hands, sing Kumbaya, and give thanks to our management. And, we will end with each of us offering testimony of our promises for more and better work on behalf of our beloved management.

Whoever wrote this is not a team player. Noble Energy is a wonderful place to work. I have worked here for 10 years and love coming to work everyday. People are friendly and very smart and always put the company first. We all need to hold hands, come together and work harder for our management.
