sales practices that are encouraged by pitney bowes are questionable at best, illegal at worst. the company actively promotes non-ethical sales practices by rewarding employees who perform what can be considered theft from customers. those employees who work ethically get berated as a reward.
the company also actively misleads temps by treating them miserably while at the same time promising them they'll become part of the company if their performance is satisfactory. of course, no matter how hard those people work and how good they are, somehow their work is never satisfactory enough to become permanent employees.
and whatever promise they give, they will back out of, even if there is actual written proof of that promise.
