working here used to come with a certain measure of job security. those days are long gone now.
close to three quarters of associates have been let go, and those of us left are working in worse than ever conditions. a lot of those who were let go were among the company's best workers.
nobody is safe here anymore. we know layoffs can happen any day to anybody. which means that we are in constant state of anxiety over our jobs. which is ruining our health.
