I was dispatched 3-4 weeks ago, My last performance review was positive. From what I can see all the people the were made redundant in my group were senior and therefore higher salaried than more junior members

what is poor performers? my ex segment has the highest KPI beating all other segments but the VP cannot have someone beating her favorite segment then cut our boss off for no logic reason. Said role is not available anymore but the role comes back in 6 months. Sneaky b--ch.
