To the accounting department, you do not have a clue what engineering is about. CB&I is not an engineering company. They let vendors do the engineering. While project management runs over the engineers to produce documents.
Since Asherman took over, Oliver creating a dept. for his secret wife, then the "purchase" of Shaw, Cbi has been a s*•t company. Let's create a dept. and a system so "you" can stay employed. Glad I saw this long ago.

Nope cb&i is a dysfunctional, piece of sh-- company that owes its employees an ezplanation, and an apology. Everyone knows business is about money. Business is alao about personal accountability( cb&i favorite). The company is liable to treat employees fairly and be honest with them. Honesty is not a character trait emphasized at cb&i. It was bumped off the list by S---ing D--k.
