I just want to get your feedback about Microsoft. Does Microsoft hire Oracle people??
I'm a former Oracle sales consultant. I have tried for a couple of years to get an interview with Microsoft. I'm very qualified for these positions. Unfortunately, I have never received any response with them. I have had interviews with Amazon, IBM, Accenture, PWC, Google and many others.
What's up with Microsoft??
Have you tried Google? Microsoft is not doing much hiring for people with Oracle skills. They are actually doing major layoffs like Oracle as the new Cloud model of pay-as-you-go is killing them too.
Yes, I agree with the post about Accenture and IBM. These are fake job postings. In many cases, they already have an internal candidate selected.

I have seen them hire my coworkers. The certainty take people from Oracle, at least developers.
They do interview people. Without a doubt.
