I need 61 phones for a 1.7 and probably a 3k commission at least here in South central. My quota relief kicked in and had a few good days recently . Still a daily struggle to grind though.

Not doing the volume we need to be
Stores are ghost town. Down year over year big time. Promos are grossly inferior to last year and expecting better results. Last year you could get a $10 monthly iPhone 7 this same week. No plan or trade requirements. Now the only promo is a few iPhone is you add a line on unlimited. No gizmos, SE's or 6s in stock which would be traditional add a lines for kids first phones. New planograms don't have entry level smartphone promo phones on display. We do have plenty of Hums.
Drove to a VZ store in a strip mall, no one inside but a couple sales people and lots of free parking. The store did not have what I wanted. Not good.
I am in NM need 62 boxes to hit a 1.2 compared to last year breaking windfall. I wil be lucky to make a paycheck after taxes this year.

9/12 reps already have a 1.0 here (southeast). It's crazy how starkly different the markets are.
i have 92 until a 1.0 i have come to believe the fact that i will not get a check either.

Real crappy way to treat your customers. Oh you want this deal well you can’t have it unless you go to unlimited which btw means you lose your discount. Who cares if they’re on unlimited or not you shouldn’t. E punishing customers for not using a lot of data.
the store is still kinda slow over here in the valley. None of us will make a commission check this month morale is down big time.
I’m not a fan of the whole “BOGO iPhone 8” deal just because 60-70% of people want the X and also the deal has to be on an unlimited plan which most of our customers are not because they don’t need it and it doesn’t get corporate discounts, and the other iPhone has to be a new line. I also hate the whole “monthly bill credit” deal which basically makes it even worse than a two year contract to get out of because you basically lose the deal if you try to upgrade early or go somewhere else. Customers are getting smarter and I think they see this too. The only good promo is the watch promo which gets you $200 off a phone so if you were going to buy an Apple Watch or Samsung watch anyways you might as well go for it. I think we will do volume for sheer fact it’s the holidays but it’s nothing like the $10/month new phone deal last year.
