That would be enough to clean up the useless old guard, probably long overdue as most of those guys are worthless at this point anyway. QC has lost its way I think so a good Hock cleaning would help, the core R&D is still the bread and butter. There is a lot of dead weight that could be shed and would not matter to the bottom line at all, good riddance.

If house prices in my area fall and I am layed off, then I am completely fcked. Insta-bankruptcy!

I will try to sell my house now before SD becomes a buyer‘s market. Time to look for a job in Bay Area anyway.

Qualcomm will lose 30% who just won't work for Broadcom. We remember their BS lawsuit and the settlement.

Just list all Principal engineers and check their contributions, those are a heavy burden to QC.

Broadcomm will not be able to buy Qualcomm. Even if it does, it will be only good thing for Qualcomm because he is so awesome. He will let us all wake up and finally starts working.

Did the article say anything about stopping "WFH - waiting on a package"? I use it 3 or 4 times a month, it's like extra vacation!
