Halliburton let its best maintenance staff go along with any incentives that made this camp attractive. Bud Jones continues to use this camp as a whipping boy by taking away all tools to to allow the maintenance department to do its job. Mechanics and Electronics techs drive broken down vehicles unequipped to do daily tasks. They can't hire the proper personal because they have burned their bridges locally. This is a sad site compared to what Halliburton once was. Ft Lupton itself is mostly to blame because they don't follow any Halliburton standards. They make their own rules. Word to the wise, stay away from the broke down maintence side in the Ft Lupton camp.

Your broke down and most likely under qualified and over paid for your minimal job skills you bring to the table. Go be a real man and get in the field vs. crying about politics at the yard.
This is the new streamlined Halliburton. Cost and profit are the bottom line. Halliburton has coasted on it's reputation . Now it has become a third rate service company.
It happened everywhere and I seriously doubt that they aren’t following procedures or the black suv’s would show up and clean house .
