Thread regarding Kraft Heinz layoffs

So many layoffs

Up until a while ago, this was truly a good place to work for. The pay is good, benefits are decent, and we even get yearly bonuses.

However, none of that makes up for utter lack of job security in the past several years. We've been having non-stop layoffs for years now, some of them on smaller and some on larger scale.

The biggest kicker is, the people who get laid off are curiously in majority of cases the same ones whose salary went up through years served with the company.

Now, getting a raise is starting to be a dreaded rather than a celebrated occasion. Irony, your name is Kraft.

Leads in champaign jumped on band wagon with the no bonus bit. But they got their 30 percent. And the biggest raise. Hopefully. New plant manager will make leads actually lead. An Asian woman, who was no where near qualified was given lead job for political reasons. Absolutely horrible...but they found a reason to move her to continuous improvement after re structure and pay her the same????

The yearly pay raise was less then a standard cost of living. People count on bonus as part of budget. I bet leads got there 30% bonus.
