Whatever. I don’t see a lot of substance in what passes for work at Noble. Just a lot of fluff and bluster. Perhaps that’s why there’s been so many layoffs, a lack of real substance? No matter. Punch the clock and say it adds value. Pretend is a fun game, for a kid...

100 dollars doesn’t really go very far these days. I prefer to get the bonus after the beginning of the year that is usually many times $100. If you aren’t getting that bonus maybe you should blame it on your own job performance.
That was ditched last year. No notice was given, it just didn't show up. I asked HR about it and was told "people don't appreciate the history of the company any longer, so the board decided to discontinue the bonus"
