Heard through the grapevine: State Farm is not remodeling the downtown Bloomington building and it will be emptied out in mid-January. Yikes!

I think they'd probably sell the building.
There is only one department on one floor still in the DTB. They are moving to Corp South at some point in 2018. After they are moved, the DTB is to be renovated. Unknown what plans are beyond that.
Nothing would surprise me at this point.
