Unionization would never happen company wide anyway. Global TM's are the happiest and most brain washed TM's in the whole company. They would most likely never sign the card. Global TM happiness is how WFM end ups on the "best places to work" list every year-Global skews the results.
The workers who are "voted on" join the cult and are too afraid to even question anything even if it seems illegal or unethical. That is what the "vote on" process is for, weed out the people who can't be brainwashed. Don't work here. It is horrific.
