I'm sick and tired of blatant nepotism going on at General Motors! People who deserve to be promoted are continually being passed over by people who are good friends with the management, or in some cases even their family!
HR department is useless. They are there to serve General Motors' interests, not ours, and that's blatantly obvious in their handling of any complaint.
This company has become toxic for anybody who wants to advance through their own achievements. if it continues like this, GM will lose all the good workers it has, even without layoffs.
