I have never worked for a company where the techs are saying they hope they get the severance.. Wake up VZW people are unhappy and they don't care anymore... Moral is in the dumper!!!!!!!

What I find funny is AT&T wireless is unionized and you hear nothing about massive layoffs from them. The sheep of VZ wireless are non union and constantly get firings. Keep cowering in fear. Keep being afraid to unionize because we don’t want Verizon to hate us and have firings. Lowell is laughing all the way to the bank with his tens of million$$$$$.
I agree I have always hated the unions.. But I think a lot of people see them as last resort.
why would you want to create and join a union in a company that is so anti union at a time when they are laying off every 6 months? All you do is make yourself stand out, be labeled and end up on the bottom of the seniority list

Always entertaining when the peons assume the execs don't know what's going on. The term is "morale" not "moral" and the execs know full well it s---s.

No, they want you gone and they want to loot the company for millions before its ultimate demise, like 99.99% of corporations and their leadership wants. Or did you think it normal for execs to get multi-million dollar bonuses when the company loses money?
