Manufacturing folks took their drug test and had interviews this week. They will either have a job offer by Friday or not. The other teams such as sourcing likely will not follow this process. They will simply be notified. Timing should be consistent with manufacturing - notification by Friday.

Lammas has not told his underlings anything w/respect to layoffs. Knowing him, I would be shocked if there was not a forewarning given. He is a compassionate leader and I expect he would try to make this as easy as possible for those affected. We will see.
Lammas should have Stokes job, IMO.
