Talk about a place that wants to have its cake and eat it too!
SunTrust tells us to look for the clients best interest, which is good and something we should definitely be doing, but then they turn around and fire you if you don't make enough money for the company - something you can't do if you follow the model that looks at client's bets interest!!! How about setting up goals that align with your client friendly philosophy, SunTrust??? Or is it that we are supposed to say we have best client interest at heart, but not translate it to practice?
While at it, maybe do something about the automated system that is causing major grief to our clients, since you are claiming to be so client oriented. To say it's not client-friendly would be an understatement. Not to mention its tendency to add phantom fees.
Stop the hypocrisy and align your expected goals with greatly touted client-friendliness. It's cost us too many good people already.
