Everybody has given up on even attempting any kind of growth for the company. Positions that have been vacated through layoffs or people who left on their own are simply eliminated. Of course, some will open in India or another country, but I hardly consider that growth.
There are so many reorganizations that I've given up on getting to know any of my managers. Why bother, since I know they'll be gone in six months, max. Not to mention, this constant change of managers and executives is causing PG&E to change its policies and priorities faster than we can actually get to implementing any of them.
Also, anybody feels like some of the processes are there just so it seems we are doing something, but serve no other purpose whatsoever?
