I also feel like Nabisco will go through the same phase as Kelloggs. I work for Kellogg s almost a year and they announced their DSD exit last year around fall season.

Not sure exactly when but am sure we are done! My WM scanned product and showed pending orders for 2/16? WM left DSD first for Keebler, looks like we are following the same pattern.

Yoy guys are idiots. Stores cant handle kelloggs we do twice the business. Walmart. Sales reps can still adjust COA orders at walmart. We will still be working orders
You won't make out like the Kelloggs guys did. They were handed company cars, eight weeks of pay and someone I know got a lump sum of $15,500. Not a bad take to go away.
Probably not in the same boat as kellogg,they burnt us because they had been losing money in the breakfast/cereal division.To recoup their losses, the ceo came up with the elimination of 15,000 employees.
We're done in April 2018.

Ive been employed by Nabisco since 2013 we do nothing but get busier i dont see them shutting down anytime soon all i see is growth especially since keebler is struggling so what is the rumor about eliminating dsd and when will it happen for mondelez?

Stores are telling me that they're taking over ordering Nabisco in the 1st quarter of 2018.
Yes yes correct. It was around that time. Damn and its crazy I just started with Nabisco a couple months ago.

Kelloggs announced exiting DSD in February 2017 and they were given about a 6 month notice.
Kelloggs left DSD in July2017.
Nabisco won't be as nice!
We'll probably get a 60 day notice.
