Odd behavior in Ohio

Is it me or are the supervisors acting bizarre? More so then usual...is it because Mr White is coming for a visit?

It won't help you to go to HR in Ohio! Greg may help you but Scott is a pompous a--!! I had to talk with him about something and he was rude and condisending as if I was bothering him with a basic question that was actually in his job description to answer. Don't make them work too hard they don't like it.

Yes I am in the same building as you. Sounds like you should take your concerns about your supervisors and training to HR for review. Wasnt part of PN to make a people manager's scope bigger to now havemore employees on their team than before and plus that some of them have taken on new responsibilities, just like us employees have. Go to HR. They'll help you more than venting here will..

I know morale is gone, project Nickel was a big blow to all of us remaining. The new CEO is a change in leadership and he is wanting to get a first hand view of what is happening at all locations. When you start at a new company do they just stick u at a desk and say here u go? No reputable job would. If I were new I would want a look around to see what I am dealing with. Hopefully this guy has all of us in mind and better yet Dr. Molina.

Last person are you in same building as us? Morale is gone. Supervisors and managers are the worst. You are putting all your eggs in one basket (new CEO).

Stop being ridiculous. The new CEO is visiting and he's bringing a number of his new staff with him. Ohio is profitable and he's coming here as one of the first stops on his tour.

Hopefully you'll all act professionally and stop feeding drama while he's here. Your posts here are embarrassing. Seriously.

He is the new CEO. He even said in an email that he will be visiting the offices. I think he wants a chance to meet everyone and introduce himself is all. From what I have heard Molina Ohio is one of the profitable ones, plus we have a contractual commitment to duals. We arent getting closed down.
