It's so sad that year after year it's the same old story... layoffs, crazy quotas, toxic culture, leaders in it for themselves, greed. Aren't you tired of this mess?
Get off the pity party wagon and empower yourselves to go to another company that respects you and values you. Remember to take care of yourselves... you're a number at VZ - if you dropped dead they would replace you in two weeks. Get your priorities straight and stop grabbling...seek new opportunities, build new professional memories, meet new colleagues, go where you enjoy the environment....it's possible... believe in YOU!!!
