Younger people are leaving oil industry in droves cuz it's dying and won't recover. Older hands are phuckked cuz they don't know anything else and have to accept pay cuts an loss of pension. Perfect storm for misery.

This is not the end of the world, this is the first day of the rest of your life.
The grunts in oil are too dumb to understand the economics of price, investment strategy, forecasting and financial risk. They just know how to bang nuts and bolts and that's it.
This is not the beginning of the end nor is it the end of the beginning but it just might be the bit in the middle a tad to the right.
