We are having trouble hitting metrics too. My whole team. We have called these people so much from so many different departments they are blocking calls.

To Poster: @Qii1VQ0-2lyx..... Your point is valid. I just want to go. The whole environment is counterproductive and sad. No one in my department is hitting metrics. We all try, but the numbers just aren't there. The good things any of us have done that use to be recognized in meetings are not now. Not that we needed to be praised, but it pumped us all up, made us try even harder and lifted us up to perform better. Our team use to have a, "We can do this, We got this," mentality and we were an outstanding force. Now, it feels like when I was a child and I was told my parents were getting divorced. I guess I just want the bandaid ripped off. I am so sorry for those that were laid off, I pray you all get even better jobs and happiness in the future.

Excuse me if this sounds insensitive, but why would someone who opted for early retirement expect early release from work? The early release has been for people who involuntarily lost their jobs and require time to find a new job. I assume if you accepted the early retirement package, you are not urgently in need of finding an immediate job like those who did not choose to leave their current positions.

People that were impacted in our team in HAH were told today that they will be released next week.

I was impacted this time too, no release meeting for me either, sadly. Said on a previous thread I would post and let you know. I am in a different business segment, not HAH, but Humana nonetheless
