Since the shopping season has arrived and now we get rediculous schedules I was wondering, there are some that do take the bus to work and Home so...
-
Will there be security for these employees waiting for the bus when their shift ends at 1AM, or in the wee hours ( not sure if they even run at that time)
-
Pretty sad when a Sears schedules an employees end shift without maybe asking first if anyone has transportation issues, takes the bus, can’t see good to drive in the dark, other commitments..babysitter issues, other jobs
-
In years past our store ask for volunteers for the worst shifts then kinda filled in around it
-
How is your store handling these issues? I know Work comes first in the world of sears but life also happens and it should not be planned without some input from employees
I still haven’t seen any seasonal help! I heard a couple that were hired at our store quit within their first week on the job
