Quite a few people got the axe in the UK last week from various parts of the business. Not sure on final numbers but I know 4 individuals personally. No announcement and a month before Christmas. Classy.

wicked witch of architectures is back. don’t look at my expenses.
@Qp7axZD-2zfx Totally agree. This is becoming the hatred-spewing site for equal opportunity bigots. Racist rants against the British, Americans, Indians...sometimes in poor English. Tiresome. This is supposed to be for laid-off Cisco employees, their challenges and upcoming warnings of the same. Sadly hijacked by a bunch of trolls.
Is everyone as tired of racist and mean spirited trolls on this site as I am? Tolling is for people who never matured beyond the 7th grade. Please do the world a favor and grow up.
blame brexit. you brits are too expensive for any company. maybe try to go out and re-conquer the 3rd world countries gain.
Not really a surprise, it’s happened for at least the last two years in November. What was more interesting was a team being told that there is only funding for them until the end of Q2. If they haven’t found jobs by then, they will be let go.

Overlapping of management reduction is a top priority. A manager must have a minimum of 19 direct reports going forward.
There are rumours there's going to be more in January and February. Expect a consolidation of RSM's as they look to remove management overhead. This is the new Cisco.
High 20's from video
Several from what was NDS.
This means 16 positions opened up in India but those 16 will equal to two of the affected. Quantity over quality.
