It's happening now, Ctl India in danger

Apparently 1700 employees received head count reduction notice. There are recent hires and experienced people working there heart out for Ctl. What was the need for level 3 merger? Why is Glen post silent on the things. Forcing employees to resign in 9 days is extreme. The severence package is peanuts. Why does most organizations go by head count reduction to save costs? Ctl is not posting revenue losses. They simply unable to win the customer contracts. God save Ctl India operations and employees curse will be vemon to ctl growth!!

Level 3 history, they clean the books up during a payroll week in December. One year they brought in contract HR and put meeting invites on calendars on Friday morning. Good Luck, Heartless company!!!!
