2 years to reapply if you take severance
If severance package is taken, does anyone know when can we re-apply?
Yes it is true !! I just got told after 14 years that I’m displaced .. I can apply for a regional assistant position .
It is happening now. The co-managers at our store have been notified. They either can step down to an assistant manager position with a pay cut or take a severance package.
It’s happening today. Market managers are all in meetings, and all co managers have conference call at 1pm. Let the bloodshed begin.
Change coming real soon. It is the budget to meet salary headcount as well as goal hours. Yes there is a format that was put out this past year. It has been revised to eliminate even more CoMgrs. You will either be a Comgr in current role or offered an Asst Mgr position.

Has anyone in other states been told to go to the new co manager headcount? I was hoping to be an Sm but I doubt that will ever happen now.
Our store in Tulsa went from 4 Co Mgrs to 3 earlier this year.
There is a template that all market managers have. Most stores will have one and some will not have co managers. It’s not a rumor. Your rvp will eventually have to enforce it. It’s real.
It’s based on store sales right now.
